If You Are Just Starting To Workout, You’ve Been Blessed With An Amazing Gift!

Lose Weight And Gain Muscle, Reach Your Fitness Goals!

If you are a beginner to working out, or have not been in the gym for years. You have an amazing opportunity. That is, the opportunity to gain muscle and lose weight AT THE SAME TIME! This phenomena is known in the fitness industry as “newbie gains.” During this period, your body is extremely responsive to trying to adapt to the stresses that you put on your body. You most likely went from living a mostly sedentary live to beginning to lift weights and do cardio. This makes your body respond by putting on muscle at the fastest rate possible as well as trying to lose the extra fat that’s weighing you down!

These so called newbie gains will allow you to put on around 10-15 lbs of solid muscle in the shortest amount of time possible. Other than by using anabolic steroids of course. The best part is this lasts for up to a year! After the year marker, once you’ve been working out for a while the gains will come much slower, however you will have gained a solid foundation of muscle to add to. Also your metabolism should be completely changed after you put on more muscle and lose some of that fat.

If you are just now starting to become interested in fitness, don’t waste your time with gimmicks. Also, don’t be one of those people who works out for a month. Like I said your first year of working out will be your most successful if you do it right! This is also the reason why people think fitness gimmicks are so effective. It’s because you can see great results as long as you do any kind of fitness program. However, these people will buy a program and begin it. Then once they start seeing great results they will credit all of the results to the product, and not their own hard work and effort!

I’ve been around the block and made my mistakes so you don’t have to! Let me help you reach your fitness goals, just like I did!

A Little About My Story

I personally have been working out for the past 4 years. My first year of working out was just awesome. After the first 3 months, I only worked out 3 times a week. I began to clean up my diet a bit. And I only took a scoop of protein powder after every workout (to help get in some much needed protein). In just 3 months I was already beginning to look sculpted. I stuck with it and by the end of the year everybody noticed my progress and began to comment on how great I looked.

The entire first year I was losing weight while getting stronger and bigger at the same time. I was following a fitness guru from YouTube who said on his website that you could lose weight and gain muscle simultaneously. What I didn’t know was that once your “newbie gain” phase was over, you would have to choose one fitness goal over the other (gaining muscle or losing weight).

I spent my second year working out, lifting as heavy as I possibly could and running on the treadmill for a half hour at 7 miles per hour. I was discouraged to find out that each week I would attempt to add some more weight to my lifts but could lift less than I had thought. After my workouts were over I found myself to be extremely tired all the time and had no idea why. I found out later that, because I wasn’t eating a surplus of calories, every time I worked out I was getting weaker and my muscles weren’t rebuilding. The tiredness was a result of me not eating enough carbs (carbs are energy) because I was trying to lose weight as well!

My third year lifting I realized that in order to progress I was going to have to gain weight by eating more calories, and then lose the extra fat later. In order to show off the hard earned muscle that I had gained. I have been doing this ever since and it is working extremely well for me.
